These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or replace the applicable Apple license terms.

Eligibility and acceptance

Gubbi is intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Permitted use

You may use Gubbi for personal, lawful enjoyment on compatible Apple devices, subject to the applicable license. Do not interfere with the app, misuse its content, bypass protective measures or use it to infringe another person’s rights. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

Your creations and local records

You may create and save jelly designs within the app. Saved works, preferences and challenge history are maintained locally. Gubbi does not provide a public publishing service or a cross-device synchronization promise. Clearing local data can remove saved works and records permanently.

Purchases and memberships

The current version has no coin purchases, subscriptions or paid memberships. There is no recurring payment or membership renewal within Gubbi. Any future paid offering would require separate, clear terms before purchase.

Availability and changes

We may update the app to improve its experience, compatibility or reliability. Features may vary with app version and device capabilities. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Gubbi is an entertainment and creative interaction app, not a medical or therapeutic service.

Responsibility and your rights

Use the app responsibly and keep your device secure. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided as available. Any limitations remain subject to mandatory legal protections; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
